I truly enjoyed the welcoming touches in the hotel's design, especially the airy common areas decorated with lovely plants and comforting decor. It made the environment feel very homey and accessible for everyone, including seniors like myself.

Perhaps the children working there could prepare more Western dishes.

The ladies at the reception deserve an extra big praise. I had a few special requests and they helped me a lot. The room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel itself is quite large and is probably usually welcomes group tourists. The breakfast room (buffet) was more like a fast food restaurant. The hotel is a few minutes walk away from the train station. There is also the bus station, for example for trips to the Taroko-Gorge.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. A lot of national and also international cuisine. Coffee, ice cream and pastries can be consumed free of charge at any time. Surprisingly, the price also included a Chinese buffet for dinner.

The hotel is huge and spotless with a great restaurant, I had a great stay. The room was outstanding and modern and the bathroom was amazing. The service was good and the staff were superfriendly and respectful. I loved staying here, no complaints whatsoever.

Staying at Kindness Hotel Hualien was a delightful experience. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. the hotel provided a good breakfast spread and even offered supper from 8 to 10 pm. the location, just a short walk from the train station, was convenient for exploring the area.

The location was particularly good, near key tourist places like Meilunshanshengtai Park. The neighborhood was luxurious, with close proximity to a convenience store, cinema, restaurants, and the main downtown area.
